Returns Policy

Providing the best quality products and service is extremely important to us. If you are not completely satisfied, please return the goods to us.

The products must be unworn and in the original packaging. We offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

We have an extended Christmas returns policy, which extends until January 14th 2021. Customers will be refunded if they contact us on or before this date to organise a return.

In the event of a return or exchange, delivery charges for the original order will not be refunded. Re-dispatch of returned/exchanged items will be subject to additional shipping costs.

We do not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. If the customer choses the insured delivery option and the item is lost, we file for a refund via Royal Mail. We issue a refund to the customer upon notification from Royal Mail.

In the unlikely event that the customer receives damaged or faulty goods, the customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery. In this case, they will be replaced at no cost to the customer.

Please note that all returned items should be unworn and in their original condition. We accept no responsibility for breakage due to mishandling of goods.

Any items returned that arrive to us damaged will not be credited. In the event of a return, the customer must obtain proof of postage. If the package is sent as standard delivery and does not arrive to us, the item will not be refunded. We suggest that the customer select the special delivery option.

Please note…

We accept no responsibility for the silver turning a darker colour over time. We advise that customers use a silver cloth to restore a silver colour to the jewellery. To keep the silver in pristine condition, keep it in an airtight container, out of direct sunlight.

Please understand that the jewellery is handmade. Therefore the items may vary slightly in size and appearance.

Earrings (unless faulty) are non-returnable due hygiene standards.
